Online Information You Give Us

When you visit our website, we collect personal information that you provide to us via online contact forms, applications, log-in credentials, or other online fields. Examples of the information you may provide to us online include your name, phone number, online banking username and password, address, or social security number.

If you do not want us to have this information, you can choose not to provide it to us, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our eBanking services and features. 

Mobile Banking Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we collect and use information when you use the Bank of Dickson mobile app. This Mobile Banking Privacy Notice supplements and should be read in combination with our Customer Privacy Notice for information about how Bank of Dickson gathers, maintains, and stores your personal information.

When you use our Bank of Dickson mobile app, we may collect information such as your location, unique device identifiers for your mobile device, your pages visited, your first name for product personalization purposes, application entry and exit, and information about your location. The Bank of Dickson mobile app creates a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) upon initial application access, which is used for identifying a user and sending location based alerts and notifications to the user. This GUID is unique for each device/app and changes after every application reinstall.

Mobile Banking collects location data to enable push notifications even when the app is closed or not in use. It is also used to support promotional offers from the Bank of Dickson. If you use any location-based feature of  Mobile Banking, and agree that your geographic location and other personal information may be accessed in the background and disclosed through Mobile Banking. If you wish to revoke access to such information, you must cease using location-based features of Mobile Banking via your device’s settings.

When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the Site and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

  • Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (ARIA)

While other operating systems, browsers and screen reader combinations may work, they may not interface optimally with DI Digital Banking.

Some customers may need more assistance than can be provided by an eBanking site. It is for this reason we provide auxiliary services such as Telephone Banking, electronic statements and a support center during banking hours to serve our customer’s needs.
