Account Alerts

Alerts are easy to use and great way to avoid unnecessary fees!

Text and eMail Alerts

Account alerts can be activated through your browser eBanking profile by doing the following:

Step 1-Go to the “Notifications” tab at the top of the screen.

Step 2-Click the Settings link.

Step 3-Make sure your phone number and email are correct from your personal settings.

Step 4-Click the Add an alert button.

Step 5-Choose which type of alert you would like to add.

Step 6-When you choose the alert type you will be prompted with the additional options of text or email, the frequency, and which account the alert is associated with and possibly thresholds.

Example-I want to be notified if my balance falls below $50.00.

Mobile App Push Alerts:

Login to your BoD mobile app, click the settings button, then choose push notifications. Alerts that are activated via mobile app are broken down by each account that you have access to. Simply toggle the alerts you would like to activate.
