Mobile Application Deletion

Google and Apple have implemented a requirement for Bank of Dickson (BOD) to provide our customers with the ability to request the removal of their BOD Mobile App account. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates that have been implemented for user privacy and data security.

If you would like to request removal of your BOD Mobile App Account and all related data, simply send an email request to [email protected].

Please type “Remove Mobile App Account” in the subject line of your email and provide us with your name and a good phone number to reach you at. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process of removing your BOD Mobile App account.

Upon execution of this request, Bank of Dickson will delete all data held in our eBanking system. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. Your accounts will remain active, and your account’s transaction history will remain in our main system’s history, as long as your accounts are open or as required by law. All eBanking data that would be accessed via the BOD mobile, or browser will be deleted.
