Bank of Dickson eDeposit allows qualified customers to securely and conveniently deposit checks to checking or savings accounts using the BoD Mobile app on your Apple and Android mobile devices. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Login to the BoD Mobile App.
  2. Select “Deposit Checks”.
  3. Read and accept the terms and agreement.**
  4. You will be notified by email within 2 business days if your registration is approved.
  5. Start depositing using your mobile device!

Bank of Dickson allows you to deposit checks to any of your Internet Banking checking or savings accounts using the camera on your mobile device. eDeposit is also commonly known as “Mobile Deposit” or “Mobile Remote Deposit”.

Bank of Dickson customers who meet the approval criteria of: • No more than 6 NSFs in the last 6 months • Account must be in good standing and does not have any restrictions • Must be 18 years or older. However, a check may be deposited to minor’s accounts via a parent’s or guardian’s user account • Commercial accounts may be restricted.

Login to the BoD Mobile App for the iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, or Android Tablet, then select “Deposit Checks”. An eDeposit Service Agreement will appear on your screen. After reading the agreement, click “Accept” if you want to continue and register. If your registration is approved, you will be notified by email within 2 business days. You may then proceed to make a mobile eDeposit.

Login to the BoD Mobile App for the iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, or Android Tablet, and then select “Deposit Checks”. Endorse the back of the check by signing as you normally would and also writing “For Mobile Deposit BoD” on the back. Select the account you would like to deposit into by selecting “To”. Simply enter the amount of the check and take a picture of the front and back to submit the deposit.

eDeposit limits are: • Per Deposit Limit: $2,000.00 ($500.00 for Student Accounts) • Daily Deposit Limit: $5,000.00 ($1,000.00 for Student Accounts) • Rolling 30-Day Deposit Limit: $20,000.00 ($2,500.00 for Student Accounts)

Yes. eDeposit fee is $0.50 per check deposited.

Funds deposited via eDeposit are generally available to you on the next business day after the business day on which the bank received the deposit. Longer delays may apply. Refer to Funds Availability Policy Disclosure provided at account opening. Provisional credit is not granted for eDeposit.

Yes. Endorse the back of the check with your signature as you normally would, then underneath, write “For Mobile Deposit BOD”.

After you receive confirmation that we have accepted a check for eDeposit, you should write “eDeposit Bank of Dickson” and the date of the deposit on the front of the check for your reference. Securely store the check for 60 calendar days and make it accessible to us at our request. After that period expires, you should mark the check void, and then destroy it by shredding.

Checks made payable to the account holder and drawn on a bank within the United States can be deposited through Bank of Dickson eDeposit. The following is a list of checks that can’t be deposited: • Federal Government Checks • Foreign Checks (not drawn on a U.S. bank) • IRD/Substitute Checks • Money Orders • Savings Bonds • Third Party Checks (not made payable to account holder) • Traveler’s Checks • Loan Promotional Checks
